My name is Andras Hizo, boxing coach and ex Hungarian AIBA boxer. I have 25 years of experience and used to compete for the Hungarian National Team. If you are interested in the world of boxing, you've come to the right place!
I was the head coach at The Stables Boxing Gym at Racecourse for the past 5 years, and was a coach at Brighton ABC in the past. I started learning boxing when I was 9 years old.
Welcome everyone who has a passion for the sport of boxing and would like to learn all the secrets, techniques, the ins and outs, the very best of boxing, or those who just wish to get fitter or gain inspiration to start a healthy lifestyle with the help of intense and fun training.

A high intensity, metabolic conditioning class designed to improve fitness, burn fat and gain lean muscle, strength and conditioning all in one!
Classes are always varied incorporating body-weight calisthenics, trx suspension training, functional fitness, core bags, battle ropes, medicine balls, kettlebells and resistance training, TABATA, EMOM, AMRAP and metcon circuits. All that with a banging sound track and lots of fun!
I've been fighting for Team Hizo for the past few years gaining the Woman's Southern Area title and now competing on the Queensbury Boxing League where I was the first female fight ever on there show.
I've also qualified as a boxing coach and am currently doing personal training with men and woman as well as taking classes for adults and children.
My name is Justine and I took up boxing to help my fitness about 6 years ago. I pretty soon realised that I had finally found the sport for me. After initially training with Andras I decided that I would like to teach boxing fitness. I have experience of teaching in different fields so I enrolled on an advanced course with Team Hatton in London.
I really enjoy teaching at Team Hizo as the gym has a great friendly, relaxed and fun vibe and the classes are suited for all levels and ages.

I started boxing as a way of getting fit. I soon realised this is a sport for me and I really enjoy it so much that I decided to take up coaching and gained my qualifications in personal training and boxing fitness /coaching.
At Hizo gym we are a chosen gym for the local Zero2 Hero boxing event. This is an 8 week free training course where you will train for a boxing match and collect sponsor money for the Lennox children’s cancer charity. This is a great way to get into boxing or just get fit. Why not sign up!!
